RESERVATION :

The reservation of accommodation at La Maison de la Liberté is only valid after acceptance of it and.

The confirmation of the customer’s reservation remains at the sole discretion of La Maison de la Liberté

For all stays, the full amount of the stay is claimed to validate the reservation, your bank details are kept in case of damage within the establishment.

When booking, the customer communicates to La Maison de la Liberté his postal address, e-mail address and telephone. Maison de la Liberté may use this data to send them information and/or commercial offers. The customer can, on simple request, ask La Maison de la Liberté to delete his data from his customer file.

PRICE AND DOMICILIATION OF THE STAY
The apartments are fully furnished and equipped “ready to live in”. The rates include the supply of household linen, welcome toiletries and a cleaning service when the tenant leaves. Breakfast is not included, we provide you with tea, coffee, herbal teas as well as a map with the nearest bakery as well as our good addresses. Each stay started is due until the end of the contractually agreed period. .

Prices include unless otherwise stated in the special conditions:

– The exchange of household linen once every 7 nights depending on the occupation on request deposited in front of the accommodation.

Places of stay are made available from 3 p.m. on the day of departure. The places must be vacated at 12 p.m. unless mutually agreed by the two contracting parties, failing which he will be charged for an additional night.

CHANGES TO BOOKING OR DURATION OF STAY
Subject to availability at La Maison de la Liberté and at the discretion of the duration of stay may be extended, without obligation to stay in the same apartment, or at the same price. If the stay must be shortened by one or more nights, no refund is possible.

CANCELLATIONS OR NO PRESENTATIONS

Any cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date of arrival will be subject to compensation of 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
The effective date of a written cancellation will be the date of receipt of it on our mailbox.

As part of a full payment for the stay, at least 7 days before the start date, the reservation then becomes non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

DELIVERY OF KEYS AND STAY

It is strictly forbidden to access the apartment before 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Thank you for your understanding.

Access keys are handed over during the welcome meeting on the arrival of the resident or taken from a safe .
It is strictly forbidden to have duplicate access keys made or to have additional locks fitted, under penalty of prosecution. The customer agrees to use the premises for a short or medium-term stay intended as a place of residence. The number of people present in the apartment is that indicated in the booking confirmation, it is forbidden to use the premises for the organization of a party, an evening or an event without written authorization from La House of Liberty. Additional charges for misuse will be charged if necessary.
If the restoration of the premises requires it, the additional costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

PROHIBITION OF DOMICILIATION

PHOTOGRAPHS / VIDEOS
The tenant rents a private place, the photographs/videos taken during his stay cannot be used or distributed outside the family sphere without the express written consent of the owner of the premises. The tenant rents accommodation if he wishes to rent the place to organize a photo/video shopping (birth, wedding, parties, etc.) the pricing conditions are different and require our agreement.

INSURANCE AND PERSONAL ITEMS
La Maison de la Liberté is not liable for the custody of any personal item left by the resident in the apartment, whether present or not. The apartment and its furniture are insured by insurance in the event of fire, water leaks, burglary and glass breakage. Your personal property and values are not covered by this insurance. We particularly recommend that you insure yourself and the people traveling with you, all baggage, property and values of each against loss or theft. Liability insurance is also recommended for everyone.

TRANQUILITY
The resident will ensure that the tranquility is not, at any time, disturbed by his behavior and that of his guests. The use of sound devices (music, television, DVD, etc.) is reasonably authorized as long as the resulting noise does not disturb the neighbours.
The customer accepts and undertakes to use the apartment “as a good father”. Also any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will cause the person in charge of the apartment to ask the client to leave the establishment without any compensation and/or without any refund if payment has already been made.

USE OF THE COMMON AREAS
The resident will not encumber, temporarily or permanently and with any object whatsoever (bicycles, garbage bags, etc.) the common areas of the condominium, unless requested in advance, depending on the possibility.

It is also asked not to park in the common areas and any discretion .

EQUIPMENT OF THE APARTMENT
The layout, layout and equipment of the residence cannot, under any circumstances, be modified in any way whatsoever.
It is also forbidden for the resident to move any furniture and accessories belonging to La Maison de la Liberté or to bring additional equipment into the apartments.

INTERNET AND TELEVISION ELECTRICITY WATER
La Maison de la Liberté provides a free internet connection as well as television, no partial or total refund can be made if a network failure occurs, if the equipment has a defect requiring replacement or if the use of this equipment is impossible for a reason beyond the control of La Maison de la Liberté.

Given the energy / water crisis, we are not required to reimburse the stay in the event of a breakdown or cut.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Cleaning is automatically provided after the resident’s final departure by La Maison de la Liberté – If the stay includes more than 7 rental days in a row, cleaning will be provided by the resident himself for the duration of his stay. living room, sheets, towels, bath mats and a dish towel will be left in front of the accommodation unless agreed by La Maison de la Liberté.

Residents are prohibited from carrying out repairs on the premises themselves.

The House of Liberté reserves the right to charge a supplement for degradation when the inventory of fixtures requires it, it is advisable for the customers not to misuse the premises and to respect them.

All our accommodations are NON-Smoking, the tenant will be asked to leave the premises immediately, part or all of them will be debited for intensive cleaning costs as well as the possible impossibility of re-renting the accommodation the following days.

DISSATISFACTION AND DISPUTES
In the event that the rented apartment does not correspond to your expectations or if a problem arises during our stay, please inform La Maison de la Liberté without delay. RESPONSIBILITIES
